Hot Or Not: Jesse J’s Purple Hair?
Jessie J was spotted Jingle Bell Ball Concert in O2 Arena (December 4) and was was rocking ombre hair from jet black to luminescent purple! I think the look is totally fun and youthful look, what do you think?
