Miley Cyrus Rocks ‘Crazy’ Pants & New Haircut!
Miley Cyrus has been getting used to her new hair and decided to rock crazy pants with her new do, “it was just one of those CUHHH-RAZY pant days.” I am loving the new do…its funky and different, but cool! Cyrus was spotted smoking a cigarette while in Philadelphia, not so cool!
