Kim Kardashian down over 40 pounds since giving birth to son, Saint West and her nutritionist is dishing on her weight loss plan—1800 calorie days. The mom of two still wants to lose another 28 pounds. And her nutritionist, Colette Heimowitz, VP of nutrition and education at Atkins Nutritionals gave Redbook the deets! First of all she uses Atkins to aid her weight loss plan. She’s high on protein. And she’s eating 1800 calories a day!
Heimowitz says she gets four to six ounces of protein, four ounces of cheese, eight to 10 servings of veggies, and two tablespoons of added fat per day (so not including the fats she gets from whole foods or protein sources)
And there are things Kim stays away from–like “Sugar, sweets, cakes, crackers, white flour, white rice.”
