Brangelina may not exist today if Gwen Stefani has landed the role of Mrs. Jane Smith in ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith.’ The landscape of celebrity gossip as we know it today would be different. “I feel like I almost got it. I went to a bunch [of auditions]. [It was] very competitive and I wanted to do it, but I wanted to do music more,” she told The Howard Stern Show.
We don’t know if Gwen is badass enough for the role—she just too sweet! Am I right? Other rumored ladies up for the role were Nicole Kidman, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Chloë Sevigny. We didn’t know this info but she did mention it in a 2008 interview with Vogue.
