A West Hollywood Sheriff’s deputy told E!, “She was making incoherent statements that made absolutely no sense and she was transported to the hospital.” She was taken to a nearby hospital voluntarily for mental evaluation. This is not the first time the actress has had an episode—back in 2009 she also had a meltdown.
