Kat Williams is no Dave Chapelle (Google Dave Chappelle’s Rick James Slap), but he sure took out some sort of anger on a Target employee when he slapped the man across the face during a conversation, it is unknown what they were talking about but it did not warrant a slap. The employee seems to be calling the police (or security), while Williams stands nearby. Williams was later spotted riding away in an electric scooter. The incident happened last Sunday, the same day last week when Williams evaded the policeas he rode a three wheeled motorbike on the sidewalk near the state capitol building in Sacramento (the chase was later called off). Williams has not been arrested for either incidents.
