Kanye West was spotted in NYC yesterday…and even though it was his birthday just a few days ago he was not pleased to see the paparazzi. When a pap asked him, “What’s good, Kanye?” He snapped back, “DON’T ASK ME QUESTIONS, MAN!” And the pap continued with a ‘Happy Birthday’ and Kanye snarled, “DON’T ASK ME QUESTIONS, MAN!” Kanye seemed to be agitated by a pap who had been following him during the day.
