Justin Bieber plan to reject a plea deal offered to him by prosecutors in his Miami Beach DUI and the biggest reason is his reluctance to get random drug testing. The deal would most likely include community service, an alcohol education course and random drug testing, which is what is usually given to first time offenders according to TMZ. But a source close to Bieber says the deal is fluff since the case is falling apart…first of all they think the police office lied about smelling alcohol on Bieber when he was pulled over plus a drag race never occurred even though that’s the reason he was pulled over…the GPS proved he was driving a measly 27 MPH.
JB plans to reject any offer with probation and refuses to submit to random drug testing, especially since he may have an issue with weed. Bieber would take a plea…just not this one with all its requirements! On a side note some residents of the Buckhead neighborhood in Atlanta do not want the pop star moving into their neighborhood, they feel the star would bring negative attention to the affluent neighborhood.
