Peter Pan Live did not soar with audiences like last year’s The Sound of Music. According to the Nielsen the show hit a 9.1 million viewers, the Sound of Music hit a record high of 18.6 million viewers last year. Holy cow that’s a drop. It could have been that the three hour show (too long) was a little draggy and umm those ‘flying’ wires should not be black and so prominent behind Peter’s head!
Allison Williams tried her hardest as Peter, with a kinda funny Christopher Walken as Captain Hook, but the show just failed with audiences.
I kinda skimmed through the show a few times while flipping through the channels, but I’m not the biggest music person so…
