Nicki Minaj was deemed insensitive over the weekend when she hosted a Halloween party in Las Vegas. It appears that Nicki ‘commanded’ a person in a wheelchair to walk. Well not all is as it seems. Nicki responded to Perez Hilton’s tweet regarding the wheelchair joke, “That’s NOT a disabled person and u know that. Are u that desperate for attention?” before adding, “B*tch, u knew. That’s my friend in a scooter. Have a great day. I surely will.” Opps!
