Chris Brown’s assault charges were reduced to misdemeanor assault and then released after an altercation with another man landed him in a Washington D.C. jail over the weekend. Brown and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with felony assault after Brown (and his bodyguard, Chris Hollosy) allegedly punched a man, Isaac Adams Parker, 20 after he tried to get into a photo Brown was taking with two females. Parker alleges that Brown said,  “I’m not down with that gay s***t. … I feel like boxing,” before he punched him. Parker was hospitalized with swelling and bruises. Brown will have to report to his probation officer in California within 48 hours. Brown and his bodyguard are due back in D.C. Superior Court Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. He was released on his own recognizance.
