Chris Brown will have to remove graffiti art off the outside wall of his Hollywood Hills, Calif. home. Chris had covered part of a white wall in front of his home in graffiti…very colorful graffiti and his neighbors are peeved. The city of L.A. says that Chris will now have to remove the colorful art according to E!News. Chris’ neighbors complained to L.A. councilmember Tom Labonge’s office about the obvious eyesore in the neighborhood.The Department of Building and Safety issued Chris an order to remove the graffiti.
