Gwyneth Paltrow debuted her first cookbook, ‘My Father’s Daughter’Â last year and she was not too please when a NYTimes article stated that she used a ghostwriter on her book.Gwyneth tweeted, “Love @nytimes dining section but this weeks facts need checking. No ghost writer on my cookbook, I wrote every word myself.”
According to the NYTimes article a cookbook ghost writer, Julia Turshen has not only helped other cooks/chefs write their cookbooks, but also helped Gwyneth.
Julia Turshen, who is writing a second cookbook with Gwyneth Paltrow after their collaboration on “My Father’s Daughter,â€Â began as the ghostwriter for the ghostwriter on a book by Mario Batali, tagging along with a notebook as the chef filmed a culinary romp through Spain.
Now its a war of the words!
