Move over Mariah Carey, American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez might get her own limited Las Vegas residency too. After a few circulating rumors, there’s even more of a chance that Jennifer would take over Britney Spears spot while the pop singer goes on hiatus over the summer. According to the Las Vegas Sun we can expect a mid-May announcement for JLO’s run in Axis at Planet Hollywood.
I want to see Jennifer in concert. This will definitely be a treat! And in other fun news, Jennifer will pay tribute to Selena at the Billboard Latin Music Awards with Los Dinos (Selena’s brother, A.B. Quintanilla III on bass, sister Suzette on drums and husband, Chris Perez on guitar). A.B. revealed the news in a recent concert! “On April the 30th, at the Billboard awards live from Miami, I’ll be playing bass with J.Lo on stage. So will Suzette [on the drums], and so will Chris Perez [on the guitar], all three of us. Look out for that, it’ll be amazing.”
I’ll be tuning in for that!
