We’ll still have to wait on Katy Perry’s alleged ‘American Idol’ announcement, but for now we’ll have to be content with new tour news. The pop star is heading on her first tour since 2013. And we finally get the name to her new album which of course is called Witness just like her tour and will drop on June 9th.
And Katy even teased the name of her album, right under our noses. Remember her elaborate getup at the Met Gaga this year—she had a veil with the word Witness on it. She is just too clever.
Katy’s been in the news a few times these past few weeks. First she split with boyfriend Orlando Bloom (yeah we were bummed too) and then there was the controversy regarding her choice of ‘Bon Appetit’ song collaborator Migos for their previous comments on homosexuality—despite her fan bases concerns. The song also hasn’t charted well, but we did get a cool, creepy video out of it.
