Miley Cyrus stopped by The Late Show With Jay Leno and gave a little advice to Justin Bieber. Jay asked Miley what she would say to her friend Bieber, who has run into a little trouble these past few weeks, “Uh … I would just say, you know, you got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don’t get in trouble. And party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it!”
