Simon Cowell is going to be a daddy! Simon confirmed the news today while promoting the London premiere of One Direction’s documentary This Is Us. News broke just a few weeks ago that Simon had impregnated his friend Andrew’s wife Lauren Silverman. He told the BBC reporters “I’m proud to be a dad. It’s something I haven’t thought of before, and then, now I know I feel good about it. And she’s [Silverman] a very special girl.” At least he finally spilled the beans! Lauren and her husband, Andrew have reached a settlement and custody arrangement for their son.
Remember when Simon said he never wanted kids, “God, no, I couldn’t have children. If I had them here drawing on the walls I’d go nuts. You’ve got to be up at a certain time. Got to listen when all you want to do is sit in a corner thinking.” Guess he had to change his tune…
