These days people are running around trying to get as much done as in as little time possible, but we all need to slow down and be a little simple for 5 minutes a day to relax and moisturize!  The skincare brand, Simple launched in the US in early 2012 (but they have been around for 50 years in the UK). Simple , although for people with sensitive skin can be used by anyone. The line includes cleanser, moisturizers, eye care products and wipes.  So what sets Simple apart from other brands…they have no dyes, artificial perfumes or harsh irritants that can reek havoc on skin, and the products contain added vitamins. Check below for my review:

For the past two months I have been using Simple ( found at your local drugstore) and my skin feels great! I don’t get may breakouts from the products just some little bumps here and there (which is normal for me) and the Simple products never irritated or agitated my skin.

Moisturizing Facial Wash ($6.99-7.99)

The Moisturizing Facial Wash left my skin clean and soft and never stripped or tight afterwards. The wash is perfume free and soap free for those with sensitive skin. The wash goes on smooth with a tiny bit of foam, but washes off really clean.

Smoothing Facial Scrub ($6.99-7.99)

I used the Smoothing Facial Scrub 1-2 times a week for an added skin booster and for an overall smoother appearance. The granules were made of rice, but were super gentle. The scrub was thin enough to go on smooth, but the rice granules got right in there to removes those dead skin cells clogging up my pores. The scrub has Pro-Vitamin B5 and Vitamin E to take care of the skin. Also rinses clean!

Replenishing Rich Moisturizer ($10.99-12.99)

When I first started using the Replenishing Rich it was in early October when there were still a ton of nice warm days and this moisturizer felt a little too heavy for my skin. I think I didn’t need all that moisture. Flash forward to December and my skin just gobbles it up. Between the cold weather and the warm showers my skin became a little dry and the Rich Moisturizer is perfect and it offers 12-hours of moisturization. I would recommend it as a heavy moisturizer, something I would use in the winter. (I would probably switch to the other moisturizer in the line the Hydrating Light Moisturizer for warmer months.)

Cleansing Facial Wipes ($5.49-6.49)

I loved Facial Wipes especially when I am lazy and don’t want to do an entire nighttime cleansing routine. These were also great for a cleanup after a workout or just to throw in your bag as a refreshing wipe. It was able to get off my waterproof mascara which is always a challenge.

I would totally recommend the Simple Skin Care line to those with normal or sensitive skin. It feels clean and well simple! There are no dyes, artifical perfumes or harsh irritants and the products are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and pH balanced.
