Amanda Bynes could end up hospitalized in involuntary confinement for the next year. According to a new report Bynes’ parents are looking to reestablish a conservatorship .  Sources tell TMZ, that Amanda’s treatment could include an LPS Hold –a judge would grant legal right to doctors to treat her against her will, but only if the patient is “gravely disabled as a result of a mental disorder or impairment by chronic alcoholism.”This will put in place since Amanda’s parents can’t legally make her take medication.

Amanda was also placed on an LPS hold last year after she set her clothes on fire in a driveway. Doctors will most likely ask for the LPS hold within a week after Amanda is diagnosed.
