Charlie Sheen was Hollywood’s resident badboy in the 80’s and 90’s and then he got married twice and those relationships soured and here we are again back to the 80’s Charlie with an escort, a damaged hotel room and wait… a hospital bed too. Charlie you need to change for yourself and your kids.
Charlie Sheen was found drunk and naked in a New York hotel early Tuesday morning.
“Police responded to a call for an intoxicated male,” a source confirms to PEOPLE. Sheen, 45, was taken to the hospital “in the company of a female, unharmed.” He was removed from the scene for “for alcohol abuse and psychological evaluation” and considered an “aided case,” meaning no arrest was made.
“I believe he was irrational and intoxicated,” a police source tells PEOPLE, adding he was taken voluntarily to New York Columbia Presbyterian Hospital by ambulance.
Police were sent to The Plaza Hotel in midtown New York after a call from hotel security, according to the New York Post. The room was trashed when police responded, including damage to a chandelier and hotel furniture.
Sheen, in addition to being recently rehabbed, less than a month ago walked his daughter down the aisle. The Two and a Half Men star is visiting the city with ex-wife Denise Richards, 39, who accompanied him to the hospital, and their two daughters.
Charlie also allegedly trashed his hotel room worth $7K and the woman may have been an escort. And Poor Denise had to go to the hospital with him!
Update…Charlie allegedly had an allergic reaction to a medication…sure…
Charlie Sheen’s rep just put out a statement that the actor was hospitalized after suffering an allergic reaction to medication … though the information conflicts with what TMZ has confirmed … that drinking was a factor.
Stan Rosenfield, Charlie’s rep, tells TMZ, “What we are able to determine is that Charlie had an adverse allergic reaction to some medication and was taken to the hospital, where he is expected to be released tomorrow.”
Charlie should be out of NYC within a few hours and possible headed to a rehab facility!
