I think that Kim was talking about the new “lifestyle” where you have a lot of money! And Demi was talking the more literal meaning. Demi is right on the topic…we prob should not use the word but I think her attack on Kim was a little much. Kim is not a Pimp! She was just having fun and the word is more vague nowadays
