Derek Jeter has officially moved on from Minka Kelly and onto a Ralph Lauren model (also a singer and songwriter), Hannah Davis, 22. The possible new couple were spotted on Monday at club, The Double Seven. “They were flirting, having a great time, and were sitting close together.They are an item on the quiet. Derek and Hannah left separately, but she met up with him again later,” sources tell Page Six.The couple have allegedly been seeing each other for a few months and were spotted in Tampa at a Starbucks last December after being seen with Minka in Paris the same month….they tried to work on their relationship but it failed.
