Jennifer Lawrence topped the AP’s Entertainer of the Year, pushing Miley Cyrus out of the way by just one vote. The 70 ballots were submitted by U.S. editors and news directors and were asked to choose who had the most influence on entertainment and culture in 2013. Jennifer nabbed 15 votes with Miley close behind at 14 votes and Netflix landed 13 votes (for thier original programming).
Why was she chosen…well first off she is funny and is always good for a sound bite, add to that “The Hunger Games” phenomenon, nabbing an Academy Award for best actress and let’s not forget her daring pixie hair cut!
