Lance Armstrong can no longer say he is the winner of seven Tour de France titles, he has been stripped of all the titles from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, which he denies and he is also banned from the sport from here on out. “Lance Armstrong has no place in cycling,” UCI president Pat McQuaid said at a press conference in Geneva on Monday according to People. Armstrong has been accused of steroid use, using blood boosters and transfusions to prevent the enhancer drugs from being detected in his system. The UCI are planning a meeting to discuss whether Armstrong will have to return his prize money and if the Tour de France titles will go to another cyclist.
