I’m kinda picky when it comes to makeup, yet I’m cheap so it’s not like I have much of a variety when it comes to makeup. If I hear that a product has great reviews but it’s expensive I will occasionally splurge. But recently I purchased a few e.l.f. products because HELLO they are super cheap ( a lot of stuff is $1) and I fell in love with the e.l.f. Waterproof Eyeliner Pen. I had bought another drugstore eyeliner pen and it dried out rather quickly even though I barely used it and it cost me like $4-5 dollars. The e.l.f. pen went on smoothly and once it was set…that’s it…it wasn’t going anywhere. I even tested it on my hand and I still have the mark even after removing with a facial cleanser. For a $1 the price was perfect and so is the product.
