Sephora.com now wants you to review and rate their items. Many companies want you to review their products after you have bought them. Whenever I go to Drugstore.com (Amazon.com etc.) and look at their stuff I always check out what people are saying about a particular item. It is helpful to me and a big factor in what I decide to purchase. I will usually buy an item that has mostly positive feedback. I think that reviews are helpful to the customer but can be hurtful to an item if it gets too many negative reviews. Do you like being able to review items? Do you like to read reviews?
