But Nicole has a good explanation for her weird clap and YES she know show to clap correctly. “It was really difficult because I had a huge ring on that was not my own but was absolutely gorgeous,” Kidman told “Kyle and Jackie O, “And I was terrified of damaging it.” That’s a pretty good excuse since Nicole was wearing 119 carats worth of Harry Winston jewels on the red carpet. “It was really awkward,” Kidman added. “And I was like, gosh I want to clap. I don’t want to not be clapping, which would be worse.”
