I am going to start off by saying that I do not think I am wearing the correct size bra. Let’s just say I am top heavy and I think I wear a 36_ _ (<–insert double digit here)! But  something feels wrong…possibly the cup is too small or my band is too big…I have no idea! And its hard to truly determine the best bra fit for yourself.

And I am not alone in this bra escapade …85% of women go through it too…so many innocent boobs in ill fitting bras!

The Bra Book will arm you with the knowledge you need to find the best bra for you—the bra that makes you feel supported, confident, and sexy, no matter what you wear on top of it.

Along the way, The Bra Book will look at the “herstory” (and science!) of the bra, bone up on our bra vocabulary, debunk popular bra and breast health myths, plus tons more.
