Rihanna may be suing Topshop for $5 million for using her image without her consent, but allegedly she still asked them for free clothing. Rihanna claims the image resembled a photo in her album sleeve but Topshop’s lawyers say its unjustifiable to establish a “free standing image right” over the image in the UK, they actually bought a right to use the image from the photographer who shot it during the video shoot for Rihanna’s single ‘We Found Love.’ Rihanna added that may have ruined her image with her fans for while using the image. Topshop has shot back at Rihanna saying her entourage called Topshop “asking for products for her to wear” about half a dozen times since she began her lawsuit against them.
