Justin Bieber was just hitting the slopes in Aspen and then at a strip club in Miami where he dropped $75,000, but was ready for yet another locations change and headed to Cuba or at least he says he is in Cuba. He posted a photo of himself smoking a cigar and wrote, “I’m in Cuba I love Cubans.”
