Amanda Bynes wants to rid herself of last year’s antics and that includes a tattoo of angel wings on her right arm. The former starlett was spotted in Thousand Oaks, Calif., with a noticable lightened tattoo. Bynes is most likely getting the tatt removed via a laser removal process according to theNY Daily News.
Amanda seems to be doing much better since leaving rehab and is now going to fashion school and concentrating on her fitness.
