Justin Bieber may be out having fun but the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was hard at work putting together a case against him in the egg vandalism case against his neighbor. The case has not been passed on to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office with the recommendation to pursue vandalism charges against Bieber. He could face felony or misdemeanor charges, but escape charges if the D.A. opts not to charge him with anything.

Sheriff’s Lt. Dave Thompson told E! News“We dropped the case off to the D.A. today. We did a search warrant and put a lot of work into it. Of course it’s up to them…I want a felony filing. The kid needs to realize he can’t do this. Certainly we don’t want [the D.A.] to reject it. We believe with the dollar amount and the evidence it deserves a felony filing.”

After the egg attack Bieber’s home was raided by the L.A. Sheriffs, his friend was arrested for drug possession, then Bieber was arrested for a DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license in Miami then a week later he turned himself in for assault charges in Canada. He was then detained in a NJ airport after being flagged by customs.

Get it together Biebs!
