During yesterday’s college football game between Alabama and Notre Dame all eyes wer enot on the firled they were on Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron’s girlfriend Katherine Webb who was fawned over really hard by ESPN sports announcer Brent Musburger,73 and Kirk Herbstreit prompting Webb to gain over 100,000 (now up to 160,000) Twitter followers within minutes of being on TV. “Well, I tell you, you quarterbacks, you get all the good-looking women! What a beautiful woman! Wow, AJ’s doing some things right … .” Musburger said as the cameras panned back to the beauty. “So if you’re a youngster at Alabama, start getting the football out and throw it around the backyard with pops, ” Musburger added.
While the announcer fawned over the beauty, NFL player Darnell Dockett went one step further and attempted to ask out Webb via Twitter’s DM only to mistakenly post his date request on Twitter…where did he want to take her…Wingstop and the King of Diamonds strip club…classy.
