Amanda Bynes has been deemed mentally capable of standing trial for a DUI according to TMZ. The case was in Mental Health Court and the judge read Amanda’s medical evaluation and came to the conclusion that she could stand trial and the case will now go forward, but the case may not go before a jury, her lawyer will probably fight for a plea bargain.
According to TMZ, Amanda has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, but it seems to be under control since she was given the go ahead to stand trial
