Amanda Bynes parents may love her but they are finally tired of all her antics and have decide to hand over partial conservatorship to a mental help professional, who specializes in handling people with severe mental illnesses. According to TMZ, Bynes’ parents will make the switch over the next few days and plan to move to Texas to be closer to their older daughter.

Bynes’ mother will still be the official conservator of Amanda’s estate, but she will share that title with a private trust firm to find her permanent housing and a stable environment according to Amanda’s conservatorship attorney David Esquibias told Access that Amanda and her parents have had “very amicable communications over the last five days.”

Her financial matters will also be handed over to someone else, maybe a money manger. Amanda’s parents have tried all they can and hope that with the conservatorship transferred maybe Amanda will cease lashing out at them and maybe just maybe they can be a family again.

Amanda’a parents had been awarded conservatorship until 2015, but with her release last week and her on-going mental health status, her parents decided it was best to hand Amanda’s ‘case’ to someone else. They really did try!
