Anton Yelchin died quickly after the tragic car accident that took his life. According to a new report the actor died within a minute of being pinned by his own Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The young actor, just 27, was pinned by his car when he got out to check his mailbox. The driveway has a slope and the car may have rolled back pinning Yelchin against his security gate. Sources add he may have died within a minute from his injuries—chest and lung trauma. Police are looking at the security camera to see if the accident was caught on camera.
But just yesterday it was revealed his car may have been on the recall list for the e-shift, in which the car my appear to be in park, but actually be in neutral. The recall went out just last month, “Drivers may inadvertently fail to achieve the PARK position before exiting.”
Very sad!
