Rumor has it Beyonce is preggers, although some call it a silly rumor but…she had to cancel her “Mrs. Carter World Tour” Tuesday concert in Belgium due to dehydration and exhaustion her publicist told the AP. She has been advised by her doctors to rest and the cancelled concert will be rescheduled.
