Bindi

Bindi Irwin is the first celeb cast for Dancing With The Stars. Bindi grew to fame as her late father Steve Irwin’s sidekick on “Crocodile Hunter.” But the 17-year-old is all grown up and ready to put on her dancing shoes.  “This is completely different to anything I have ever done in my life. I am used to wrangling crocodiles,” she told Good Morning America this morning after the announcement.

Bindi will relate to L.A.  from her native Australia for the show. “I’m quite nervous about this. I have to tell you though, the judges scare me more than crocodiles.” She will be supported by mom Teri and younger brother Robert. Bindi was just 8 when her father died from a stingray attack.
