Over a year since Bristol Palin and Marine Corps vet Dakota Meyer called off their engagement and their wedding, the duo were married in a surprise wedding.”Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you’ll end up where you’re supposed to be,” the couple told ET. “We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married!”
A little recap—the couple share a daughter, 5-month-old Sailor Grace. They became engaged in March 2015 but called off the wedding just two months later in May 2015. The newlyweds added, “Hard work and God’s grace are the foundation of our new life together. With the love and support of our family we know we can get through anything.”
