It looks like Britney Spears is following in Simon Cowell’s footsteps and has turned out to be a tough judge on The X Factor, even telling a constantant a singer she was not great enough during a Kansas audition.
“She’s got a really good instinct, and when she loves something, she looks like she wants to dance on the desk,” a source tells PEOPLE. “When she doesn’t like someone, she is incredibly tough.”
Her tough side came out over the weekend, when she told one disappointed singer, “You have to be great to be on this show, so [I vote] no.”
