Brooke Hogan may be back on the market according to TMZ. Sources say Brooke ended her engagement with Dallas Cowboys center Phil Costa a few weeks ago after a June proposal. Brooke allegedly felt the the relationship moved way too fast, too soon. She called off the engagement and decoded to go back to music and has moved back to L.A. to finish up her new album. It’s not clear if she has split from Coasta all together.
