Usher’s son, Usher Raymond V, 5 has been released from the hospital after almost a week after he almost drowned in a pool. After the unfortunate incident Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Foster filed for an emergency custody hearing in order to gain custody of her son’s (Usher V and Naviyd, 3) again, claiming Usher did not have proper childcare. The judge dismissed the case.
