Bruce Jenner is now being sued over the fatal Malibu car crash that left one woman dead and other injured, back in February. A wrongful-death lawsuit was filed today in California against Jenner on behalf of the late Kim Howe by her stepchildren, Dana Redmond and William Howe. The stepchildren say that they have suffered “enormous damages and losses” after Howe’s death.
At the time of the accident Jenner released a statement, “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”
Jenner has yet to be charged, he passed a a field sobriety test and submitted a blood sample to prove he had not been drinking or under the influence at the time.
