Jessica Simpson has already lost the 60 pounds she gained while pregnant. With the help of Weight Watchers and a trainer the new mom had to endure mostly smoothies (makes sense) for first 15 days to jump start her weight loss and slowly introduce smaller meals.  Is this supposed to be the Weight Watchers way…I would be grumpy with no real food.
