Check out the new X Factor judging panel…with newbies Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio with veterans Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell. Rumor has it Kelly will bank $1 million with $1.5 million for Rubio…far less that Britney Spears $15 million payday. The show went into production today. Let’s hope the chemistry is a little better than American Idol.
