Chelsea Handler sure loves to tease Instagram. The former E! late night host took to Instagram to show off her bare breasts while vacationing on a snowy mountain. The photo has since been removed, it’s unclear if Chelsea removed it or Instagram did.
Chelsea wore a ski mask, a backpack and pants, but ummmm…no top! This is not the first time that has taken on Instagram and there no topless photos policy. In October Chelsea posted a topless photos mocking a shirtless Vladimir Putin.
