Chelsea Handler may have a new home when she ditches E!…Netflix! The best-selling author and comedienne is allegedly close to closing a deal with Netflix according to Page Six. “Handler has a deal with Netflix, but the format is to be decided.” With popular and edgy programming like “House of Cards” and “Orange is the New Black” on the roster it would be a more likely home for Handler, who mentioned liking Netflix when she stopped by Howard Stern recently even dissing E!, “They don’t know what they’re doing at E!. They have no ideas. It’s a failure.” Netflix does not currently offer live programming!
Handler is set to leave E! at the end of the year when her contract expires.
