Chris Brown will call jail home for the next 4 months or 131 days. Chris admitted a violating his probation after an altercation with another man in Washington, D.C. last year. He was actually sentenced to a year, but was credited 8 months for time served (his time in jail and rehab, along with good behavior).
Brown has been in custody since March since getting to boot from rehab and celebrated his birthday earlier this week behind bars. He will still have to complete 1,000 community service hours.
