Chris Brown is taking his baby mama, Nia Guzman to court over her sky-high child support demands. Chris wants to establish paternity for his daughter Royalty and ask a judge for a fair child support payment. Looks like Nia wants a whopping $15,000 a month for support, while Chris only give $2,500.
Chris filed documents in Houston, so he can then go to court over custody and child support of the 1-year-old. Chris also claims that Nia has been withholding the child from him.
I’m pretty sure that a judge will meet somewhere in the middle.
