A judge revoked Chris Brown’s probation on Thursday after the recent club shooting over the weekend where five people were injured. When Chris showed up for a a progress report Thursday the judge told him there were a few problems. According to TMZ, the report discussed up the recent club shooting in a California club and the shooting at another club in August after the VMAs .

The judge also looked at the fact that Chris Brown left the county without the courts permission, so he violated his probation. The judge did note that the shootings were not linked to the popular singer, but his probation officer retorted saying, “There is also concern that when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured” and believes that Chris is focusing too much on his career and not enough on his community service and should serve time. There will be a formal hearing on March 20th to determine if Chris willfully violated his probation.
